Today I start a new change for me: designs, design landing pages, writing articles (copywriting), the majority of this activity I'm going to outsourcing. I know you're right, everything related to articles I pull out, just do not have the energy to write new content, it takes too much time writing my articles doing it better than me ..
Now for example I received 21 new articles, and divides them between the sites slowly, when I get almost to the end of uploading content I'll get more articles, sites must keep a constant growth in order to get better results on Google.
Good luck with designs, fortunately or against me I'm dealing with graphic design for years, so that's pretty natural for me to do it, as you said the only problem is it takes time, but never mind what it once in a while to design a new site header? Main design I usually take the WordPress themes that I did not do it myself, nor why.

It really preferable to remove the articles outsource someone who knows to do the job.
I think Shlmazllach you design, I design do not get on it takes me a long time, I have no problem heading format but this whole site is not for me.
Therefore I take the WordPress Design Home This saves lots of time and work.

I have a general question,
I see sites in Israel, they first place a few thousand searches at Israelis, they first place, and I'm sure they have space for, but they are completely static,
You tell me that if I create a blog-style website / news on the same subject, can easily be the first place those words? (I think they mainly did exchange links + site optimization)

I did not think that should be an issue to be rated amongst the top results with a few thousand searches.
It depends as noted in the site content (copywriting), inbound links, optimize the site.
